Home care serves Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role located in Northern, Virginia.
As a Staff Registered Nurse with Angel's Hands, you will provide nursing care to patients in various medical settings, including inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and long-term care facilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medication and treatments, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
You will also collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Some flexibility for remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Virginia Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in the nursing field Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in acute care, community health, and/or long-term care is a plus Knowledge of EMR systems and technology used in nursing practice Recommended Skills Basic Life Support Certified Nurse Practitioner Clinical Works Communication Community Health Critical Care Apply to this job.
