Analyzes and develops/revises existing PPBE Process, operations and controls including standard practices, operating procedures, management systems and documentation.
Develops and/or coordinates improved policies, methods, procedures, instructions, and forms to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Provides technical and analytical expertise in the areas of DoD PPBE Process in support of organization with respect to POM Process assessment and development in support of MC PPBE cradle to grave efforts.
Support government personnel hosting meetings associated with POM/Budget formulation requirements planning, programming, budgeting and execution.
Provide support for programmatic issues being developed.
Conduct working level coordination of candidate PPBE issues and offset identification with the appropriate Program Office representatives.
Coordinate and track associated impact statements and issue justification language.
Assist with development of spreadsheets, program descriptions and reports that accurately reflect the MCSC capabilities, financial requirements and associated risks.
Assist with preparation of MCSC PPBE briefs and quad charts.
Ensure they are in strict compliance with prescribed format.
Support entering PPBE issues into system database. Ensure accuracy of budget level detail with particular attention to Special Project Codes (SPC), Special Interest (SI) codes, and High Interest Item (HII) codes.

years of DoD PPBE Experience.
Knowledge and understanding of legal requirements for funding obligation, budget cycles, funding types and impacts of delayed and untimely funding approvals.
Understanding of mitigation efforts for under obligation rates.
BS/BA.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Self-starting individual who can work both, independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Must possess strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Marine Corps Experience a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
